Rhythm & Prose: An Evening of Music, Readings, and Storytelling
I looked out the window when I woke up on Sunday morning December 4, the day of our first in-person event. Siri said we’d have flurries but what I was seeing outside my bedroom window could not be described as flurries. It made me a bit anxious but I woke up none the less, met up with Winnie our Administrative Coordinator, and together we went over our lists for Rhythm and Prose at Diaspora Cafe that afternoon.
Despite the heavy snow, Winnipeggers showed up. It was standing room only and we all had a fantastic time. Thank you all for coming. I look forward to more community events with you!
